Canadian Signalling Staff 1913.

Front row (sitting): Signalling Instructor T. Davidson, Signalling Instructor A.G. Webb "W.O.", Major F.A. Lister, Quarter Master Signalling Instructor C. Birbeck, Signalling Instructor H. Lowe

Although the back row is not marked on the photograph, Militia Order 309/1913 authorized the establishment of the Canadian School of Signalling at Petawawa from the 15th of July to the 30th of August 1913 and lists the following additional staff members:

Sergeant Instructor G.C. Massey, Sergeant Instructor H.T. May, Sergeant Instructor J.R. Harrop, Sergeant Instructor H.W. Bonner.

These are presumably the back row however it is not known which is which. This photo appears in Semaphore to Satellite (but is labelled as 1912) and is captioned such that Sergeant Instructor H.T. May is second from the left and Sergeant Instructor H.W. Bonner is fourth from the left.
