Capbadge csc unidentified

Description
An odd sized CSC badge. Pattern is the large cap badge (1908-1921) however the normal size is about 41 mm W x 43 mm H. This one is 34mm wide by 33.50mm height, lugs (horizontal), smooth back, browning copper, no makers mark.
