2nd Canadian Divisional Signal Company
Active November 1914 – May 1919

The 2nd Canadian Divisional Signal Company CE was organised at Ottawa in November 1914 under the command of Major J.L.H Bogart. It was raised directly from the Engineer Corps as opposed to the Signal Companies of the Non-permanent Active Militia. 9 officers and 313 other ranks of the 2nd Canadian Divisional Signal Company CE embarked at Quebec aboard Megantic on 15 May 1915. The 2nd Canadian Divisional Signal Company CE disembarked in England on 24 May 1915 and arrived in France on 15 September 1915.

The 2nd Canadian Divisional Signal Company CE was demobilised at Toronto in May 1919 and disbanded by General Order 210 of 15 November 1920.
