3rd Signal Battalion
Active 1920 – 1929
Garrison/HQ Ottawa Ontario

3rd Signal Battalion was authorized in 1920 with Battalion HQ and No. 16 Signal Company at Ottawa and No. 3 Signal Company at Kingston[1].

From 1920 until 1927, No. 2 Signal Troop, located at Ottawa, was attached to 3rd Signal Battalion for administration[2][3].

In 1929 the unit absorbed the two companies and was redesignation 3rd Divisional Signals[4].
