Change of Command of 76 Communication Group from Major Dan Spencer (A/Comd 76 Comm Gp following the early move of LCol Sandy Taylor to CFCC HQ) to LCol John Dicker on 6 May 1983 at Tunney’s Pasture. Reviewing Officer is BGen George Simpson, Comd CFCC. At the time, 76 Comm Gp HQ was co-located with CFCC HQ at Tunney’s. Several months later, the Comm Gp HQ moved to a civilian building in downtown Ottawa.
