  • 1 Line Troop Crest. A crest for 1 Line Troop that dates from the mid-60's.

  • C&E Branch Jacket Crest. An embroidered crest for the Communications and Electronics Branch.

  • CFSCE E Sqn Crest. A crest for E Sqn of the Canadian Forces School of Communications and Electronics. E Sqn was the trg sqn for the Communication Research (291'er) trade. This crest dates from the mid-80's.

  • RCCS (QC) Jacket Crest. A crest for the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals. It is raised bullion on a black heavy felt backing.

  • CMU Crest. An embroidered crest for the Canadian Forces Crypto Maintenance Unit.

  • Crest - 727 Comm Sqn. Crest for 727 Communication Squadron. Reported by someone who was in the unit to be a trial crest for the Work Dress uniform but was never approved. The final design for the work dress crests were round but one was never produced for 727 Comm Sqn.

  • 2003 Centennial Embroidered Jacket Crest

  • 762 Squadron Crest. Surely what must be an unofficial early crest for Res EW Sqn. This crest was not approved and the Res EW Sqn crest had EW where this has 762 and it had no crown.

  • CFS Alert Crest. This badge was sold in Alert during the 70's and 80's on its own and also on items of clothing such as ball caps and toques. The rule up there was you were allowed to wear Alert gear such as that as your headdress. The Alert patch was not, however, worn on the work dress uniform. Although roughly the same size as the SRS work dress badge this badge was never worn on the work dress uniform and the SRS patch continued to be worn. It was never officially part of the uniform other than on the "Alert" headdress.
