Canadian Army Overseas - War Establishments
From RCSigs.ca
The War Establishment was the organizational document that outlined the personnel, vehicles and weapons that a unit was authorized to have. Largely based on the UK establishments, Canada produced it's own to take into account it's way of operating. As the war developed, there were frequent changes, not to mention the creation and disbandment of units, which resulted in soldiers being posted between units or back to the reinforcement unit to be assigned to another unit.
